Expectations
Practice good learning and work behaviors at all times in the Art classroom:
- Listen quietly to presentations and instructions
- Follow instructions and classroom policies
- Work on assignments diligently throughout class time
- Participate appropriately in class discussions
(on topic, polite to teachers and fellow students)
Stay busy on projects or practicing art skills throughout project time:
- There is no free time during art class. Students are expected to
practice drawing skills if they
finish assignments early.
Maintain a portfolio of your work throughout the semester:
- The portfolio should be neat, organized, and contain all completed exercises and projects
Contribute to basic maintenance and upkeep of the Art classroom:
- Clean up your work area every day
- Put tools and materials away correctly every day
Keep personal items in your bookbag or leave them in your locker:
- No food in the classroom
- No drinks in the classroom
- No candy or gum in the classroom
- No personal care items or products in the classroom
Follow all Granville Central High School rules and policies:
- Dress Code
- Respect for students, faculty, and staff
- Respect for building, furniture and resources
- Honesty and integrity
